Reference point to the west: possibilities of application of experience and models of ecological tourism of foreign countries in Kazakhstan

Abstract

Ecological tourism is priority branch in Kazakhstan. Natural capacity of Kazakhstan gives great opportunities for
ecotourism development as possesses a big variety, uniqueness, appeal of landscapes, and, each region of the republic
possesses unikalkny natural resources for ecotourism development. Studying of experience of development of
ecological tourism in foreign countries will allow to apply the most effective ways of development of ecological tourism
in Kazakhstan. Now in Kazakhstan it is necessary to pay much attention to ecotourism development in especially
protected natural territories and to creation of ecological parks in the territory of universities as one of modern world
approaches for development of ecological tourism.
