This article discusses ways to ensure geodetic cadastre. At present, quite simply, because the responsibility for the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the land cadastre and the periodic monitoring of the status of the land fund, a broad, rapid and timely detection of changes taking place in the form of a basic system of evaluation, inspection, monitoring and making recommendations on the further development and is carried out to eliminate the consequences of negative processes.
The shape of the earth as a source of material well-being and the need to obtain objective data on the historical tax and special State tax revenues in the form began with the appearance of the land cadastre. A certain stage of development, taking into account land and especially society, then its assessment will be necessary, that is, there is a need for land cadastre. Currently, during the surveying, geodetic support in land cadastre topical issues in the field of cadastre is the creation and timely implementation units.
