ATLAS OF THE «NATURAL AND TECHNOGENIC HAZARDS AND RISKS OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN» CREATED WITH THE USE OF GIS TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

Atlases as a rule are generally multifunctional and are assigned for a wide range of users of various specializations and levels. They are information, mapping and scientific reference works. Atlas consists of five sections: 1) an introductory, general maps, 2) arrangement of prevention and response on emergency situations, 3) natural hazards and risks, 4) biological and social dangers and risks,5) technogenic dangers and risk .
