Abstract

Implementation of industrial environmental control including the compliance monitoring is the mandatory condition of environmental management in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Therefore this Article is focused on review of legislative and regulatory requirements for ecological monitoring conducted by nature users in Kazakhstan.
