Innovative projects of international transport route along the Great Silk Road

Abstract

In the article authors analyzed the development of infrastructure projects along the Great Silk Road. Projects of Great Silk Road play an important role in laying the foundation for regional cooperation through the creation of political flexibility, improving economic growth, offering trade diversification, investing in logistics, mining and energy. This is a great opportunity for Central Asian countries to become important players in the global economy, because of the fact that many countries in Central Asia have no access to the sea, international trade is the only option in order to maintain economic growth and development.
